What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, offering a welcoming and professional service both in person and on the phone.
  • Provide patients with information about their treatment plans, appointments, and financial options.
  • Manage scheduling, patient records, and inquiries with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when handling patient concerns or queries.
  • Support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care by ensuring efficient communication and coordination of services.
  • Participate in training programs and actively develop your skills to grow within the group.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role and providing excellent customer service.
  • Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage challenges and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience: Able to handle pressure and remain calm and professional in a customer-facing role.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Team Player: Willingness to support colleagues in achieving the shared goal of delivering the best possible patient care.
  • Multitasking: Ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently, especially when handling changing priorities.
  • Technology: Competence with IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Education: GCSEs, including a minimum of grade C in English and Maths.
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required, with flexibility to provide cover across different practice locations if needed.

Exceptional Candidates May Also Offer:

  • Experience in the healthcare or dental sector.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection, GDPR, and confidentiality practices.
  • Welsh language skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • A keen interest in dentistry and patient care.
